With a strong background in corporate law and business strategy, he brings a wealth of expertise to the digital industry, guiding entrepreneurs in organizing operations, scaling efficiently, and leveraging online business opportunities.
In addition to leading HM E-Assist, Herschel is the managing partner at Dacanay and Magracia Law Offices, a reputable law firm based in Manila, Philippines. He also serves as director and corporate secretary for multiple corporations, providing strategic counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and business growth.
A distinguished legal expert, Herschel earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2007, graduating cum laude and as valedictorian of his class. He was recognized as a Rector’s Awardee for Academic Excellence. Prior to that, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Central Philippine University in 2002, where he graduated magna cum laude. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2008.
